We seek an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to join our Audit & Assurance team in our Port Moresby office. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and committed professional to significantly impact our clients and contribute to the growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the delivery of high-quality audit and assurance services to a diverse portfolio of clients
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent communication and timely delivery of services
  • Oversee and review audit engagements, providing guidance and support to the audit team
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and firm policies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the firm’s client base
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless, integrated services to clients
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the firm’s audit and assurance methodologies and practices
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in audit and assurance, with at least three years in a managerial role at a reputable accounting firm
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and local regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and audit software
