“KTK has been my professional home for slightly over a decade now. I’m deeply grateful to God, our founding Partners—Paul, Richard, and Thomas—and our incredible KTK team for trusting me with this privilege and honour. This promotion is a win for all women, especially Indigenous women, who continually balance and excel in every aspect of life—whether at home, at work, or in pursuing continuous development. You can do it. It’s also a celebration of the supportive mentors and colleagues, both men and women, who’ve been an integral part of my career growth.
