The Opportunity
We are looking for a Manager to join our Business Advisory team. This is a hands-on management role where you will lead client engagements, develop your team, and contribute to growing the advisory practice. You will bring strong technical skills, sound commercial judgement, and the ability to manage relationships and delivery simultaneously.
What You Will Do
- Manage a portfolio of business advisory engagements, overseeing planning and delivery
- Lead and develop team members within the advisory division
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing practical financial and commercial advice
- Prepare and review financial analysis, reports, and business improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated solutions for clients
- Contribute to business development activities and support the growth of the advisory practice
- Maintain strict client confidentiality and uphold the firm’s professional standards
What You Bring
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- CPA PNG or CA qualification (required)
- 10+ years of experience in business advisory or professional services, with leadership responsibility
- Strong financial analysis, modelling, and strategic advisory skills
- Proven track record managing complex engagements and building senior client relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management ability
- Commercial acumen and the ability to translate insight into practical, results-driven advice
